As the data protection controller, the AIT will carry out the following anonymised survey with your consent in order to improve traffic flow and decarbonising transport in Varna and other areas.

For this purpose, the survey asks for personal data as well as data about your household and your mobility behaviour. The data collected in this survey is completely anonymous and does not contain any information that allows individual individuals to be identified. The raw data of the survey will be stored for a period of about one year. Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties. Since personal data of yours is processed, you have the right to request information about this data. Furthermore, you have the right to have data corrected or deleted. Under the more detailed conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data or its transfer. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at). By voluntarily participating in the survey, you give your consent under data protection law that the data you provide may be processed for the purposes of the survey.
